PUPPY SCHOOL

Basic Foundational

Skills Training

6 week course

Each week you'll get a private one hour training session. Over 6 weeks we will focus on shaping your puppy's behavior, and build a solid foundation for their future by laying important foundational basics. This is all new for them so we train with treats for motivation. *Introduction to collar/leash and walking on lead. *Teach basic obedience commands of sit, stay, lie down, come, place, and leave it. *Bite control (if needed). *Handler and canine bonding to create trust with pup. *Socialize with other dogs. *Discourage and redirect any bad behavior. *Help your puppy become acclimated to new environments. This class is for puppies at least 10 weeks old or older, or for any dog up till 2 years old who's never had basic obedience training. We do recommend starting your training sessions once your pup has received all their shots, which is usually around 4 months old. If you start your training before all vaccines are given, training should be done at your home to keep puppy safe, and away from public grounds.

PUP MIDDLE

Leveled Up Advance Training To Instill Foundational Skills

4 week course

Each week you'll get a private one hour training session. Over 4 weeks we will focus on *Instilling foundational obedience skills. *Promoting quicker response on commands with little to no treats just using voice, and signals. *More social skills training. *Correcting any bad behavior. This training is for any dog who knows it's basic foundational skills of at least sit, stay, come, lie down, and place. Also, for any dog that has completed our Foundational Puppy Obedience Course and they want to continue training to instill commands, and level up their skills...this is your next step.

Laying The Foundation

6 week course

This class almost mirrors puppy school, but we will tailor the sessions slightly differently according to need. Each week you'll get a private one hour training session. Over 6 weeks we will focus on *Leash obedience and structured walks on heel. *Foundational basic commands of sit, stay, lie down, come, place, and leave it. *Bite control (if needed). *Helping owner to become a better handler. *Social skills training in dog friendly environments. *Redirecting and correcting any bad behavior or habits. This class is for any dog over a year old that needs to learn foundational basic skills. Maybe they know only one or two basic commands, but need help with others, or they have had some training yet never completed the course or plan.

BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION OR SPECIALTY CLASS

These classes are private one hour sessions that can be booked with flexibility according to the dogs specific needs. Maybe your dog needs training on a certain topic due to a bad habit, or an experience they encountered at some point, or a command they are challenged with, or the owner wants guidance to be a better handler. Whatever it is, we'd love to help you. Through a consultation we can figure out exactly what will be best, and how many classes will be needed to reach your goals for your dog. We offer Boarding Services!

Rhiley Sleeps, your trusted pet boarding service! This latest offering was inspired by the name of our Australian Shepherd dog, we call her Miss Rhiley Cakes. For years we have boarded only family, friends, and our dog training clients dogs. After many request, we're now opening this service up to all of our Kaua`i ohana on island. At the moment in our Woofy Lodge, just three of our five large built kennels are available to board outside on our completely fenced in property. Another recently added feature we've included is our indoor boarding, and we have three Snuggle Suites available. We provide a safe and comfortable environment for your furry friends either indoor or outdoors. Our dedicated team ensures that each pet receives personalized care, attention, and love. Book your drop-in, overnight or pet's staycation with us today for a worry-free experience while you're away.

Outdoor Kennel Boarding

-$75.00 a night (per 24 hours)

-Three kennels available of our five.

-Each kennel is 11ft X 6.5ft = 71.5ft of open space available for your fur baby to roam around.

-Dogs will have play and exercise time in our yard. They will be in kennel to eat, sleep and when we're away from home.

*Booking more than one dog at the same time gets you a discount, $65.00 each dog. Also, if you will be booking more than five days of boarding you'll get a daily discount.

Indoor Boarding

-$85.00 a night (per 24 hours)

-Three suites available.

-Each crate is 2ftL X 3ftW X 27.5inH

-We will have a secured play-yard set up indoors connected to crate allowing more space for your fur baby to safely roam.

-Dogs will have outside play and exercise regularly as long as it's allowed by owner. They will be in their secured play-yard to eat, sleep, and when we may need to leave the house.

*Booking more than one dog at the same time gets you a discount, $75.00 each dog. Also, if you will be booking more than five days of boarding you'll get a daily discount.

We want to keep this as simple as possible, but we also have to be real at the same time. Being a dog trainer and knowing each dogs personality is very different, we want owners to feel completely comfortable while you're away if you choose to board with us. For non Rowdy Runs dog training clients a meet up introduction will be required at least one week or up till 30 days prior to your reservation for boarding to make sure you and us both feel comfortable that your dog will be ok to board with us. Introduction meet up fee is $35.00, and it will need to be done at our location in Kapahi.

Requirements To Board

*Must be potty trained either on puppy pad, or go outside for indoor boarders. We will supply potty pads.

*Must be up to date with vaccines.

*Must be on a flea & tick regimen.

*Must be healthy, and not showing any signs of illness.

*Must supply your own food, treats, specific toys you want, medication, or anything else that you think will make your dog feel comfortable. For example their bed, pillow & blanket, etc... Feel free to bring a crate to put in Woofy Lodge's outdoor boarding if you want to. We provide a solid hard plastic pallet in our outdoor kennels.

*Males don't have to be neutered, but open free play with other female dogs won't be allowed.

*All rates are according to 24 hours. We allow one hour grace with no charge after the end of your 24 hour period. There will be extra charges if picking up after 24 hour time frame.

*Drop off and pickup open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, but time needs to be arranged to assure someone is there upon arrival or pickup.

*NO pickups after 8:00 pm, if you can't pickup by then you'd have to pick up the next day and a extra fee will apply depending on your pickup time.

*All dogs will be safely and properly cared for just like we do for our own fur babies. Each dog will be taken out for exercise and play regularly, fed, and will get lots of love while in our care. If owner has any restrictions, we will follow them.

*For any Rowdy Runs clients your dogs will get in some extra training while in our care. You also get a flat rate of $75.00 no matter if your dog boards inside or outside. If booking more than five days, you get an extra daily discount.

*Reservation to board overnight or for a staycation must be paid in full no less than 5 days prior to drop off date. Drop-ins for the day can pay at drop-off. Cash or Credit Card.

*To secure your reservation for boarding we will collect a

non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

*Cancellation made less than 72 hours prior to your date to board you will loose half the cost you paid. We fully respect your time and we ask you respect ours with your booking, drop-offs, pickups and for any cancellation that you need to make. We also understand life happens.

*Security cameras are installed in all kennels, indoor on suites, and around our entire property.

*Special arrangements can be made but NOT guaranteed.

*We are fully insured.

Drop-ins

If you'd like to go to a dinner or function, or just need pet care for the day, feel free to book a drop-in for either inside or outside boarding. Reservation can be arranged up till 24 hours prior to needing care depending upon our availability.

-Up to 3 hours $40.00
-Drop-in for the day, picking up by 7:30 pm $65.00

*You are able to become a drop-in client once we have met your dog, and know they will be a good fit for pet care with us.
